The imagino ecosystem consists of several types of partners: integration, technological and strategic partners, all of them coming from marketing, data or AI backgrounds. Recognised for their thoroughness and in-depth knowledge of these markets, they fully understand the challenges brands encounter and boast best-in-class implementation capacity.

In keeping with its commitment to putting customers at the centre of its priorities, earlier this year imagino launched a “Partner Program” that aims to help it accelerate its growth while retaining a high quality of service. The programme is aimed specifically at integration partners in charge of supporting customers in implementing and rolling out the imagino solution. Although the ecosystem was already in place, the launch of this new programme makes it possible to structure support and to formalise the commitment of imagino and its partners.

The programme hinges on three tiers of partnership that serve as a guiding principle for ensuring a level of collaboration on par with their ambitions, resources and expertise. Other criteria such as the number of projects or the age of partnership are also considered.

A strategy centred on partnerships

imagino is one of the few vendors that chose a model based solely on a vendor-partner support. This choice is at the same time strategic, unambiguous and transparent: all implementations of the solutions are carried out with the aid of a partner. This positioning enables the company to provide the utmost degree of expertise, along with personalised support and an even faster deployment capacity.

Partners are certified, enjoy unlimited access to training modules and participate in the Product Show, a quarterly review that keeps them abreast of the latest developments regarding the product and the roadmap for the year. They are provided with the same level of information as internal teams, which ensures optimal support whilst fostering long-term collaboration.
