Le r\u00e9sultat ? Un lien faible avec la marque, une connaissance client limit\u00e9e et une exploitation restreinte des donn\u00e9es clients. En 2021, TFS a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un d\u00e9partement \u201cExp\u00e9rience Client\u201d avec, pour objectif principal, d\u2019optimiser le parcours client \u00e0 des fins de satisfaction et de fid\u00e9lisation. La difficult\u00e9 quand on commence \u00e0 mettre en place ce type de parcours client c\u2019est d\u2019\u00e9viter ce que j\u2019appelle l\u2019\u00e9picerie c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire vouloir prendre en compte tous les cas particuliers. La complexit\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans la simplicit\u00e9<\/em>\u201d Corinne Bourdin, KPC.<\/p>\n<p>Ces parcours clients repr\u00e9sentent plus de 300 campagnes, et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s en trois temps\u00a0 : d\u00e9finition de la strat\u00e9gie, cr\u00e9ation des contenus et impl\u00e9mentation dans imagino (qui combine en une seule plateforme la brique CDP et Campaign Management). Les premiers cas d\u2019usage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place entre deux et trois mois mais les prochains parcours seront plus rapides \u00e0 impl\u00e9menter gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 tout le travail qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 autour de la data. Chaque cas d\u2019usage vise \u00e0 optimiser le parcours client tout en all\u00e9geant le travail du vendeur en automatisant certaines t\u00e2ches \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e, comme l\u2019anticipation des demandes clients\u201d.\u00a0<\/em>Le d\u00e9veloppement de la connaissance client a permis de communiquer des informations utiles au concessionnaire pour proposer une exp\u00e9rience plus fluide et personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de ce projet CDP a bien s\u00fbr \u00e9t\u00e9 le service client ! La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une fiche client unique a permis d\u2019adapter le discours et d\u2019avoir une vision plus claire du niveau de satisfaction et d\u2019engagement du client. Comment ? En regroupant dans cette fiche client des donn\u00e9es issues de diff\u00e9rentes sources et des agr\u00e9gats et scores calcul\u00e9s directement dans imagino. Les \u00e9quipes ont observ\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction par deux du temps d\u2019appel.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Explorer de nouveaux horizons<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si le bilan de Toyota Financial Services est tr\u00e8s positif trois ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation de la plateforme imagino, les perspectives futures ne s\u2019arr\u00eatent pas l\u00e0 ! Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement sur-mesure de KPC, les \u00e9quipes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 identifi\u00e9 d\u2019autres axes de d\u00e9veloppement et cas d\u2019usage possibles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Score pr\u00e9dictifs<\/em>\u00a0: Int\u00e9grer des scores li\u00e9s aux comportements des utilisateurs, permettant ainsi d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9diction et la personnalisation des messages.\u200b<\/li>\n<li><em>Nouveaux canaux<\/em>\u00a0: Explorer de nouveaux canaux de communication comme le push, optimisant ainsi la port\u00e9e et l\u2019engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Utilisation de l\u2019IA\u00a0: int\u00e9grer les derni\u00e8res avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re d\u2019IA pour une exp\u00e9rience utilisateur optimis\u00e9e et des r\u00e9sultats plus performants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec le tag imagino, Toyota Financial Services a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer des informations de navigation et a d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9 des campagnes de panier abandonn\u00e9 ce qui \u00e9tait nouveau pour la marque qui, historiquement, ne faisait pas d\u2019e-commerce. Depuis 6 mois, les \u00e9quipes ont aussi travaill\u00e9 sur un parcours autour du contrat d\u2019entretien avec des chiffres prometteurs\u00a0 : 150 000 euros de chiffre d\u2019affaires. Autant de cas d\u2019usage qui d\u00e9montrent des opportunit\u00e9s nouvelles pour la marque pour continuer \u00e0 optimiser la CDP et valoriser ce projet dans le temps.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est notamment l\u2019agilit\u00e9 et les capacit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution de la plateforme imagino rendent possible ces d\u00e9veloppements futurs.
